Vancouver, British Columbia–(COMMERCIAL WIRE)–Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc. (TSXV:TBRD, OTC – THBRF) (“Thunderbird” or the “Company”) today announced that it has entered into a cooperative agreement (the “Cooperative Agreement”) with Voss Capital LLC (” Voss”), which, together with its affiliates, owns approximately 13.3% of Thunderbird’s outstanding common shares and is its largest shareholder.
