EXCLUSIVE: talent management company an entertainment joins forces with Talent Management and Production Company circle of confusion. The two will merge under the Circle banner.
One Entertainment bosses Heather Reynolds and Anthony Aiello will join Circle of Confusion as Managers based in the company’s New York office, bolstering the former’s footprint there. One Entertainment has made its mark in representing talent in the New York City theater community.
Reynolds will join Circle partners Josh Adler, David Alpert, Frank Frattaroli, Charles Mastropietro, Lawrence Mattis, Brad Mendelsohn and Susan Solomon as a partner.

Reynolds’ former colleague, Richard Picerni, will also join the West Coast office. They bring a list of actors like Lorraine Bracco, Natalia Dyer, Midori Francis, Lola Kirke, Idina Menzel, Ben Platt, Paul Sparks to name a few.

Reynolds founded the two-coast talent management company One Entertainment in 1990. He began his career at Young & Rubicam before transitioning to the talent side, first with Don Buchwald and then The Gersh Agency. He ran the New York office of the Click Models acting arm.
