Bullfighting jersey’s on display in Choctaw Casino –

DURANT, Oklahoma (KTEN) — The art gallery at Choctaw Casino Sky Tower displays some of PRCA’s unique rodeo apparel throughout the month of December.

“We are honored to partner with PRCA,” said Kaley Green, Director of Marketing, Choctaw Casino and Resort. “One of the oldest rodeo associations, share our culture with rodeo enthusiasts.”

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas… besides an exception with Choctaw Casino in December.

The casino sees a new show every month. This month, a Las Vegas rodeo is making its way to Durant in the jerseys worn by on-screen bullfighters.

“The bullfighters, I’m the bravest of them all,” said Green. “Wear the jersey representing the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.”

Some of the featured shirts included caps for champions, the stars and stripes, and the American Cancer Society, and some were just for the Choctaw.

“The bullfighters are the bravest men in the rodeo as the Choctaw people,” said Green. “They are flexible by nature and we are honored to be able to provide what they wear and embody our Native American culture.”

For PRCA, the casino and resort, the decision to partner wasn’t hard.

“The Choctaw Casino & Resort and the PRCA share the same values,” Green said. “Faith, Family and Culture”.
